Teacher

We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our team. As a teacher at First 2 Learn, you will play a crucial role in fostering a love of learning in young children. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing educational programs, maintaining a safe and stimulating classroom environment, and collaborating with families to support each child's development. Guided by the early years learning framework, you will use a combination of play and intentional learning techniques to help children feel a sense of belonging, being, and becoming.

Requirements:
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certification
  • Experience working with young children
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
Teacher Assistant

Join our team as a Teacher Assistant and support our teachers in delivering high-quality education and care. As a Teacher Assistant, you will assist in preparing educational materials, supervising children, and maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and looking to gain more experience in the field. You will be part of a team that is committed to recognising children as unique individuals with varying abilities and interests, nurturing their personal growth.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards it
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certification is preferred
  • Experience in a childcare setting is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
